1.1 Eligible Tickets: Tickets starting from £50 for the UK’s Biggest Indian Carnival purchased from Pinnacle Candid Communications are eligible for refunds within 30 days of the event date.

1.2 Ineligible Tickets: Tickets acquired from unauthorized sellers or sources are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Refund Requests: To request a refund, attendees must contact Pinnacle Candid Communications within 30 days before the event date.

2.2 Refund Channel: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for ticket purchase.

3. Refund Conditions

3.1 Event Cancellation: In the case of event cancellation by Pinnacle Candid Communications, full ticket refunds will be processed for all ticket holders.

3.2 Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders have the choice to retain their tickets for the new date or request a refund within the 30-day refund period.

3.3 Event Changes: Significant changes to the event (e.g., location, date, or substantial lineup alterations) will prompt Pinnacle Candid Communications to notify attendees. Refunds may be considered upon individual requests due to these changes within the 30-day refund period.

4. Refund Limitations

4.1 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the refund request is approved, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institutions.

4.2 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds for multi-day or multiple-ticket purchases are not applicable. The refund will cover the entire purchase or none at all.
